1. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

2. Return Process

  • Contact customer support to request a return.
  • Customer pays return shipping costs (free shipping is provided for deliveries).
  • Refunds processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged by the customer.
  • Missing packaging or accessories.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not currently offered. Customers can place a new order.

5. Refund Timeline
